Big News!!! Another previously unridden horse at Klarmond just had her first ride! Thanks and congratulations to Tessa for being brave enough to climb aboard Symphony after some wonderful ground work, we now have another “backed” horse to call our own. Symphony has plans to become a Games horse, due to her petite 12.2 stature. She is a purebred Welsh Pony Section A. Symphony loved being ridden, and calmly walked all around the indoor round pen at Klarmond. She will certainly enjoy her new job as a lead line pony for youngsters! How many people do you know who have been the first person to sit on a horse’s back? Tessa now belongs to an elite group of people who have enjoyed this profound experience- congratulations Tessa!!!
Other big news at Klarmond this week- Tessa became a new horse owner! She is enjoying learning about Holly, a purebred Arabian owned and trained by Tasha Klaassen previously of Baldwin City, KS. Holly is a very well behaved 14 hand mare who is looking forward to going to schoolings and shows at Longview Horse Park and Heritage Park this coming show season!
